70th BPSC Exam on Dec 13: 30,000 Cameras for Surveillance

Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC)

Patna, December 9, 2024 (Navroze Bureau) : Bihar Public Service Commission exam will be completely malpractice free. All the candidates are appealed to give the exam with full dedication. These things were said by Bihar Public Service Commission Chairman Parmar Ravi Manubhai on Monday.

‘Exam will be held on the scheduled date, scheduled time and scheduled place’
Issuing a statement, BPSC Chairman said that it is very unfortunate that such misleading news is being spread. We are living in the age of information technology, but such fake news can also spread confusion among the students. BPSC Chairman said that the letter which has gone viral is completely fake. The commission has clarified it. The 70th exam is on the 13th. The exam will be held on the scheduled date, scheduled time and scheduled place. I request all the children to appear at the center allotted to them as per the admit card on the 13th and give their exam.

‘4 lakh 83 thousand students are participating in the exam’
Parmar Ravi Manubhai said that 4 lakh 83 thousand students are participating in the exam on 13th. About 250 centers have been set up in the whole of Bihar. Out of this, 3 lakh 75 thousand students have downloaded their admit cards. All of them are serious students. They have been preparing for this exam for many months, years. The commission has made complete arrangements so that the exam is conducted in a completely peaceful manner. The exam should be completely malpractice-free. If anyone commits malpractice, strict action will be taken against them.

‘Biometric attendance of each student will be taken’
BPSC Chairman said that jammers are installed at each center. More than thirty thousand cameras are installed. Biometric attendance of each student will be taken. Their eyes will also be scanned and matched with their Aadhaar enabled certificate. If any of these three proofs are not found for any student, then in such a situation that child will not be allowed to take the exam. My appeal to the candidates is that the commission is completely committed to making the exam free from malpractices. The students are working very hard. They should not think otherwise about the exam due to some changes. Give the exam with all your might.
