Sri Anandpur Sahib, 21 July 2025 : Punjab Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains will organize a special initiative titled “Dialogue with Teachers” on 22nd July at the auditorium of Virasat-e-Khalsa. The event will include participation from teachers trained in Singapore, Finland, and Ahmedabad, as well as school heads, central head teachers, head teachers, block education officers, ETT teachers, and teachers who have received national and state-level awards.
This information was shared today by Education Coordinator Retd. Lt. Daya Singh and District Education Officer (Secondary) Prem Kumar Mittal. They stated that this unique initiative by the Education Department, offering a direct interaction with the Education Minister, is being launched from district Rupnagar.
During the program, the Education Minister will engage in discussions with those teachers who have contributed significantly to improving the quality of education in Punjab after receiving training abroad. Heads and principals of all government schools in Rupnagar district, central head teachers, ETT teachers, and block education officers will also participate.
The Education Minister will present a picture of the transformation in government schools, highlighting reforms in the working system, development under the education revolution, and improvements in the basic infrastructure. He emphasized that Punjab’s government schools have now become even better than convent and model schools. The program will showcase this transformation with real-life examples.
