Penny stock under ₹25 turns ₹1 lakh into ₹42 lakh

21 Aug 2025 : In the stock market, low-priced shares often surprise investors but today’s story is different. A stock trading at less than ₹25 has given investors the chance to earn crores. We are talking about Airpace Industries, which surged strongly on August 20, 2025. If an investor had invested just ₹1 lakh in this company five years ago, the value today would be around ₹42.40 lakh. In other words, the company has delivered a 4240% return in 5 years, creating waves in the small-cap segment.

On Wednesday, Airpace Industries’ stock opened at ₹20.71 and quickly gained 5%, touching ₹21.70. The stock hit its upper circuit and stayed there for the day. The rally came after the company received a Letter of Intent from a reputed UAE-based defense company that expressed interest in Airpace’s advanced defense drone portfolio. This deal is expected to be a potential gamechanger.

According to the company, a UAE team will soon visit India to see a live demonstration of its drones. If the drones’ technical capabilities prove satisfactory, a large purchase order is likely. For now, the defense company’s name remains undisclosed.

Airpace Industries is not only focusing on defense but is also working on solar energy, urban air mobility, and modern infrastructure projects with strong emphasis on research and innovation. These projects may take commercial shape in the coming months.

Despite the stock’s stellar performance, financial results show challenges. In the first quarter of FY 2025–26, the company reported a loss of ₹1.76 crore, higher than the ₹0.94 crore loss in the same period last year. However, compared to the ₹3.3 crore loss in the March quarter, this is an improvement. During this period, the company’s total income stood at ₹13.91 lakh.

Summary:
A share priced below ₹25 delivered massive returns, converting ₹1 lakh into ₹42 lakh. The company further boosted investor confidence by securing a significant UAE order.
