CM Bhagwant Mann has fulfilled his promise of abolishing the condition of NOC for registration of plots located in illegal colonies. A formal notification has been issued for this. Earlier, a bill was passed in the assembly. After the governor gave his approval in this regard, the way has been cleared for implementing this decision. This will provide great relief to the common people as well as the real estate sector.
This is how the decision will be implemented
The decision to abolish the condition of NOC for registration will be applicable on plots up to 500 yards located in illegal colonies. For this, there should be a power of attorney or agreement before 31 July 2024.
