Five-Day Medical Camp Organized by Desh Bhagat Ayurvedic College and Hospital

Desh Bhagat Ayurvedic College and Hospital organized medical camps, school health checkups, awareness talks and other five-day activities to increase the acceptance of Ayurveda in all fields. These activities were carried out in Desh Bhagat Ayurvedic Hospital and nearby villages, schools and mosques by a team of specialist consultants including Dr. Prachi Sharma (Pediatrician), Dr. Sanamika (ear and eye specialist), Dr. Issue and Dr. Jaspreet (Physiotherapist), Dr. Anil Joshi (Lifestyle Disorder Coach), Dr. Poonam. (Surgeon), Dr. Darshana (Medical Specialist), Dr. Surinder (Acupuncture Specialist) and Medical Officer were involved. This awareness health checkup camp Dr. Kulbhushan (Director DBAC & H), Dr. Smita Johar (Principal), Dr. Conducted under the leadership of Jyoti H Dhami (Medical Superintendent).During the camp, general health checkup, eye/ENT checkup, general health awareness of children were discussed in Desh Bhagat Global School and Nankana Sahib Public School Badali. Similarly general health awareness talk on joint diseases and surgery related diseases to MNREGA worker in village Annia, general health checkup and awareness by specialist doctors by team of specialist doctors – surgeon and physiotherapist, drivers and attendants at Deshbhagat Ayurvedic Hospital. Talked about Doctors raised awareness about health in the mosque of village Saunti. The main objective of these activities was to spread awareness about health and wellness, diseases, early treatment, promote the importance of Ayurveda for treating diseases and healthy lifestyle. On this occasion, Dr. Zora Singh Chancellor said that Desh Bhagat University is a social service institution As has taken an initiative by conducting health awareness activities, speeches and free medical checkup of school students. The main objective of the activities was to ensure that people get timely healthcare and consult a doctor before minor health problems become serious. He congratulated the team for this wonderful initiative and promised his full support to continue such awareness camp in future as well.
