Sunam Udham Singh Wala, April 23, 2025: Under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab government is committed to making the state better in every aspect. In line with this commitment, Cabinet Minister Aman Arora distributed checks worth ₹1.26 crore for development works to various institutions in the Sunam constituency. These institutions include municipal councils, village panchayats, social organizations, and committees.
While speaking on this occasion, Cabinet Minister Aman Arora mentioned that the Punjab government, led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, is taking all necessary steps to restore the state as ‘Rangla Punjab’. He stated that, under this initiative, development projects are being carried out in the villages and towns of the Sunam constituency with the consultation of local residents, ensuring transparency in their execution.
Cabinet Minister Aman Arora emphasized that the Punjab government would not allow any shortage of funds for development and that Sunam would be developed as a model city, eventually becoming part of the leading cities of the country. He also mentioned that development work is proceeding rapidly not just in Sunam Udham Singh Wala city but across the entire Sunam constituency, including villages, towns, and other cities, leading to significant changes in the region’s landscape.
He expressed special gratitude to Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann for providing substantial grants to the Sunam constituency and for personally overseeing the development projects to ensure their proper and honest execution.
