Firozpur, 23 January 2025: The project “Navi Klaman Navi Udaan” initiated by Sukhi Baath, the founder of Punjab Bhavan Sri Canada, has been running successfully for some time. Under this project, books have been published across all districts of Punjab. In addition to Punjab, books are continuously being printed from other states as well. This project has also spread widely in Rajasthan, under which two books by child authors from Rajasthan have been presented to the public recently.
Further sharing information, the project in charge, Unkar Singh Tej, mentioned that a two-day National Children’s Author Conference and Cultural Fair will be held on January 31 and February 1, 2025, in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan. The preparations for this event have been completed by the local management team led by Dr. Navdeep Kaur and her entire team.
Dr. Amar Jyoti Mangat, District President, and Dr. Jasvinder Singh, District Media In-charge, Firozpur, provided detailed information about the event. On the first day of the program, various competitions will be held among students from different districts of Rajasthan and other states, divided by categories and communities. Sukhi Baath Ji’s initiative for Punjabi language in Rajasthan will be highly effective in the coming times.
Mr. Baath mentioned that similar efforts for the promotion of the Punjabi language will continue in the future, and he appealed to child authors, prominent writers, and other esteemed individuals who love literature to participate in this program.
