Chandigarh, January 29, 2025 : The actress Archana Puran Singh, known for making people laugh with her words on The Kapil Sharma Show, has narrowly escaped a major accident. Recently, an accident occurred on the set during the shooting of a project in Virar, Mumbai, in which she got injured.
The actress was shooting a scene around 5:00 AM when the accident took place, leaving her seriously injured. Following the incident, she was immediately rushed to Nanavati Max Super Specialty Hospital in Vile Parle, where she underwent surgery. Archana Puran Singh has suffered a fracture in her hand and has marks on her face. She has shared an update about her health with her fans and posted a detailed vlog on YouTube about her injury.

Health Update Shared from Hospital
In an Instagram video, Archana Puran Singh is seen on set during the shoot when she suddenly screams in pain. Soon after, the crew rushes her to the hospital. When her son learns about her accident and surgery, he becomes emotional. In the video, her husband, Parmeet, explains that Archana had an accident and underwent surgery the previous day. Archana shares that the swelling in her hand has now reduced, though earlier, it was extremely swollen. She appears to be in significant discomfort and pain.
Archana to Return to the Set Soon
Despite her injuries, Archana confidently states that she will return to the set soon. She revealed that she personally called actor Rajkummar Rao to apologize for leaving the shoot midway and assured the production team of her comeback.
Meanwhile, her husband, Parmeet Sethi, expressed concern about how she would continue filming with a fractured wrist. However, Archana reassured him that she would cover her injury by wearing full sleeves and manage the shoot with short three-hour schedules each day.
