Chandigarh/Sunam 31 July 2025 : The people of Punjab are set to receive a major gift today. Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann and Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal will inaugurate several development projects.
Today marks the martyrdom day of the great revolutionary Shaheed Udham Singh, who avenged the Jallianwala Bagh massacre. To pay heartfelt tribute to him, CM Mann and Arvind Kejriwal will visit Sunam. During their visit, they will also inaugurate multiple development projects.
CM Bhagwant Singh Mann paid tribute to Shaheed Udham Singh in a tweet this morning. He wrote:
“Heartfelt salute to the great brave revolutionary warrior Shaheed Udham Singh Ji on his martyrdom day. By avenging the bloody massacre at Jallianwala Bagh, he fulfilled his duty towards the nation like a true patriot. The bravery of Shaheed Udham Singh Ji will continue to inspire future generations.”
