Jalandhar: Congress has released the second list of candidates for the Jalandhar Municipal Corporation elections to be held on December 21. The list released by Congress includes the names of 26 candidates, which are as follows:-
Congress has also given tickets to Charanjit Makkar and Ashwani Jangral. Let us tell you here that earlier Congress had released a list of 58 candidates. Let us tell you that municipal elections will be held on 21 December in 5 municipal corporations and 43 municipal councils in Punjab and after voting on the same day, the counting of votes will be done in the evening. The voting process will be from 7 am to 4 pm. Let us tell you here that municipal elections will be held in Phagwara, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Amritsar and Patiala in Punjab.
