Chief Agriculture Officer Dr. Kulwant Singh stated that the required machinery for stubble management will be made available to farmers on subsidy so that burning can be avoided.

On this occasion, SDM Faridkot Major Varun Kumar, SDM Jaito Shri Suraj, DRO Lovepreet Kaur, and cluster officers were also present.

Summary:
To curb stubble burning incidents, the Deputy Commissioner convened a meeting with cluster officers, discussing preventive measures and strategies for effective implementation at the ground level.
