Deputy Commissioner Announces Placement Camp on April 30

Bathinda, April 28, 2025 : The Punjab government, under the capable leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, is making every possible effort to provide employment and self-employment opportunities to the youth. In this regard, a placement camp is being organized on April 30, 2025, at the local District Employment and Business Bureau. This information was shared by Deputy Commissioner-cum-Chairman of the D.B.E.E., Shri Soukat Ahmad Pare.

Providing further details, Employment Officer, Mrs. Ankita Agarwal, stated that at this placement camp, only female candidates will be selected for the vacancies of N.A.P.S. (Apprenticeship) at Sonalika International Tractors Limited, Hoshiarpur.

The eligibility for these vacancies includes ITI qualifications in Electrician, Fitter, Diesel Mechanic, Tractor Mechanic, Motor Mechanic, and Machinist. The age limit for the candidates should be between 18 and 28 years. Selected candidates will be given a stipend of ₹13,000 per month. The working hours will be 8 hours per day, and free transport will be provided. Uniforms and safety kits will be provided by the company. The job location will be in Hoshiarpur. Based on the candidate’s qualifications and performance, they will be enrolled by the company after one year of apprenticeship.

Interested candidates for these vacancies can attend the interview with their resume, qualification certificates, passport-sized photo, PAN card, Aadhaar card, and a copy of their bank account at the local District Employment and Business Bureau on April 30, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
