Mann Government Suspends Female Registry Clerk Over Alleged Land Fraud

Fatehgarh Churian, 7 July 2025: The Punjab government has once again shown strictness against corruption. A female clerk in the tehsil office has been suspended. Sharing this information, Aam Aadmi Party district president Joban Randhawa and Lok Sabha constituency in-charge Rajiv Sharma stated that recent protests had taken place in the Fatehgarh Churian tehsil regarding corruption and issues with NOC (No Objection Certificates). The matter was brought to the attention of Revenue Minister Hardeep Singh Mundian, who took immediate action and suspended the female clerk.

Part of Anti-Corruption Campaign in Punjab

On the occasion, Joban Randhawa said that under CM Bhagwant Mann’s anti-corruption campaign, the female registry clerk of Fatehgarh Churian tehsil was suspended. He warned other corrupt officials and employees that if they do not change their ways, strict action will be taken against them as well.

Present at the event were Market Committee Chairman Rajiv Sharma, Lakhwinder Singh Bal, Baba Sweets Dera Road, Kishan Kumar Gama, Deep Babbu, Satnam Singh, Akash Singh, and others.
