Bhawanigarh/Sangrur 24 June 2025: Under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Aam Aadmi Party government in Punjab has taken yet another significant step toward fulfilling its promise of strengthening public service and healthcare at the grassroots level. As part of this initiative, Sangrur MLA Narinder Kaur Bharaj recently flagged off a new, modern 108 ambulance in Channo and dedicated it to the service of the local residents.
This ambulance will cover a large area from Bhawanigarh to Patiala, ensuring that thousands of people can receive immediate medical assistance during emergencies.
During the inauguration event, MLA Narinder Kaur Bharaj stated that the Punjab government, under the dedicated leadership of CM Bhagwant Mann, is tirelessly committed to public service. She mentioned that the people of the Bhawanigarh-Channo region had been demanding a dedicated ambulance for a long time to ensure quick hospital access during medical emergencies or accidents, thereby saving precious lives. She expressed her happiness at the fulfillment of this demand.
She further explained that the newly launched ambulance is equipped with a basic life support system, including oxygen, first aid, and essential emergency care facilities. MLA Bharaj emphasized that the Mann government is bringing a revolution in healthcare and has been fulfilling the promises made to the people, one by one.
