SBI and IDFC First Bank Credit Card Rule Changes Starting April 1st

Delhi 5 march 2025 : On 1st March, several rules related to financial transactions were changed. Along with this, from 1st April 2025, there will be changes in the credit card rules of several banks. Major changes are being made to the Club Vistara co-branded credit cards issued by SBI (SBI) and IDFC First Bank. These cardholders will no longer receive many benefits.

SBI Cards has announced changes to the Club Vistara SBI Credit Card and Club Vistara SBI PRIME Credit Card. From 1st April 2025, economic or premium economy ticket vouchers will no longer be available for these cards.

Ticket Vouchers No Longer Available
This benefit will no longer be available on the Club Vistara IDFC First Credit Card. The milestone ticket vouchers, renewal benefits, and many other features on the Club Vistara IDFC First Credit Card will be discontinued from 31st March 2025. However, cardholders can still earn Maharaja Points until 31st March 2026, until the card is fully discontinued.

Changes on Club Vistara SBI Card
The milestone benefits for annual spends of ₹1.25 lakh, ₹2.5 lakh, and ₹5 lakh will be discontinued on the Club Vistara SBI Card. Premium economy ticket vouchers will no longer be available on the Club Vistara SBI PRIME Credit Card. The annual fee for the basic card will be ₹1,499, and for the prime card, it will be ₹2,999. However, there will be an option to waive the fee.
