Shobhita Begins Rituals at In-Laws’ House: Newlyweds Compete to Find the Ring

Mumbai, December 6, 2024 (Navroze Bureau) – Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala have finally tied the knot. Chaitanya and Sobhita got married on December 4 in the presence of family and friends at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. Now a video of the two searching for the ring has surfaced.

Different regions of India have different customs and rituals but the ritual of ‘find the ring’ is common in almost every tradition. Naga Chaitanya and Shobhita also took part in this game. The ring was placed in a vessel filled with milk opaque water. Then the bride and groom try to find the ring by putting their hands in the vessel.

Naga Chaitanya and Shobhita played like excited kids and were trying to find the ring. Finally Naga Chaitanya found the ring and Shobhita looked at him in amazement. In the pictures, Naga Chaitanya was seen in a traditional ivory sherwani and silk shawl, Shobhita also wore a beautiful white saree.

Apart from this, some unseen pictures of the couple’s wedding have surfaced. In one picture, Shobhita Dhulipala looks very beautiful dressed like a traditional South Indian bride in a red and white Kanjeevaram saree. She looks happy participating in the Talambaralu ceremony and pouring a mixture of rice and turmeric on Naga Chaitanya’s head. Chai also looked very handsome in Sherwani during this time, as soon as Shobhita poured the rice mixture on him, the guests around him looked happy.

Recently, the couple was spotted for the first time after marriage. Both of them visited a famous temple to seek blessings after marriage. On Friday, Naga and Shobhita reached Sri Bhramaramba Sahita Mallikarjuna Swamy Devasthanam temple in Andhra Pradesh from where some of their glimpses appeared on social media.
