November 19, 2025 : Gangster Lawrence’s brother Anmol is being brought to India from the United States. A total of 200 people were deported from the US, out of which three are from India. Along with Anmol, two other gangsters from Punjab are also on the same flight. They will be landed at Delhi’s IGI Airport today at 10 AM.
According to media reports, Anmol’s deportation is related to illegal entry into the United States. He was arrested there in connection with the same matter. This deportation is not connected to his crimes in India. However, the US Department of Homeland Security has sent an email to Zeeshan Siddiqui, son of former NCP leader Baba Siddiqui, informing him about Anmol’s deportation.
Baba Siddiqui was murdered on October 12, 2024, at around 9:30 PM at Kherwadi Signal in Bandra, Mumbai. The Lawrence gang had claimed responsibility for the murder. Zeeshan Siddiqui has confirmed receiving the email.
The email states: “This email is to inform you (Zeeshan Siddiqui) that Anmol Bishnoi has been removed from the United States by the federal government. The criminal will be deported on November 18, 2025.”
Anmol is accused of murdering NCP leader Baba Siddiqui and Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala. His name had also surfaced in the firing incident outside actor Salman Khan’s house. Anmol is on the wanted list of India’s National Investigation Agency (NIA). A reward of ₹10 lakh has been announced on him.
Sidhu Moosewala was murdered on 29 May 2022
Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, popularly known as Sidhu Moosewala, was shot dead on May 29, 2022, in Punjab’s Mansa district. After this murder, Anmol, also known as Bhanu, first came into the spotlight. Punjab Police’s investigation revealed that Lawrence had planned the murder of Sidhu Moosewala from Tihar Jail. His brother Anmol and nephew Sachin executed the conspiracy along with Canadian gangster Goldy Brar.
They conducted the recce of Moosewala and arranged shooters and weapons. Sachin and Thapan fled to Nepal. Fugitive Sachin Thapan was arrested by police in Azerbaijan, but Anmol escaped via Dubai to Kenya and then to the United States. Around two years ago, Anmol was spotted at an event in the US organized by Punjabi singers Karan Aujla and Sharry Mann. He was seen taking selfies on stage at the event in Bakersfield, California.
NIA announced a ₹10 lakh reward
Recently, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) announced a reward of ₹10 lakh on Anmol, brother of gangster Lawrence. The agency had filed a charge sheet against Anmol in two cases registered in 2022. His name is also included in NIA’s most-wanted list.
