Sri Muktsar Sahib, 18 June 2025 : Under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the ‘CM Di Yogshala’ initiative, launched as part of the Healthy Punjab mission, is playing a vital role in promoting wellness by connecting district residents with yoga to help them become healthier and fitter. This information was shared by Deputy Commissioner Abhijeet Kaplish.
Providing further details, district yoga coordinator Azad Singh stated that regular yoga classes are being conducted under the CM Di Yogshala program. He explained that yoga makes human life pure, healthy, and disease-free. With daily practice, not only does the body remain fit, but the mind and soul also experience peace.
He added that members practicing yoga consistently have seen improvement in various physical and mental conditions such as high blood pressure, cervical pain, and obesity.

He appealed to all district residents to actively participate in the District-Level International Yoga Day being organized on June 21, 2025, at Guru Gobind Singh Park, Kotkapura Road, Sri Muktsar Sahib, from 6:00 AM to 7:30 AM, to stay fit and healthy.
