Ferozepur, September 2: In accordance with the directions of the Hon’ble National Legal Services Authority (NALSA), New Delhi, and the Punjab State Legal Services Authority, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), and under the guidance of Shri Sumeet Malhotra, Hon’ble District and Sessions Judge-cum-Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Ferozepur, a campaign titled “Mediation for the Nation 3.0” is being organized.
As per the information, the campaign will commence from October 1, 2026, and continue up to December 31, 2026. Under this campaign, the Mediation Centre will provide facilities for settlement of cases through mediation.
The general public is hereby informed that anyone who wishes to get their cases settled amicably and conveniently through the Mediation Centre may have their case referred by the concerned Hon’ble Court to the Mediation Centre for settlement by September 30, 2026.
At the Mediation Centre, the parties involved in the cases will be heard through trained mediators, and efforts will be made to facilitate a mutual and amicable settlement between them.
The general public is therefore appealed to make maximum use of this campaign and avail the benefits of mediation for speedy and amicable settlement of their cases.
