A new batch of basic first aid training has been started by the district Faridkot Red Cross Society

Faridkot, 10th January, 2025: Under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Faridkot, Shri Vineet Kumar, and Mandeep Singh Monga, Secretary of the Red Cross Society, and with the guidance of Basic First Aid Trainer Ude Randhawa, a new batch of 30 trainees has started their first aid training at the Red Cross Bhawan Faridkot. This training is being conducted under the directions of the St. John Ambulance Association and the Indian Red Cross Society Chandigarh.

Secretary of the Red Cross Society, Mandeep Singh Monga, informed that in this basic first aid training camp, men and women working in domestic tasks, bus conductors, individuals planning to travel abroad, those seeking a new driving license, and those wishing to renew their licenses are attending the training.

The Faridkot Red Cross Society is continuously organizing such welfare events and initiatives to ensure that people do not face any difficulties and can benefit from the training to improve both their own and society’s well-being. He emphasized that the district residents should take full advantage of these facilities.

The entire staff of the Red Cross Society was present on the occasion.
