He said, “It pains us to inform you that the film will not be released on February 7. Some circumstances are beyond our control.”
Recently, Diljit shared a teaser of his film. While sharing the teaser, he wrote, “Full film, no cuts.” The teaser begins with the character of Arjun Rampal, who says in his powerful voice, “Look at the history of Punjab, sir. Whether it’s the River Water Dispute, Operation Blue Star, the assassination of Indira Gandhi, or the 1984 riots, from President’s Rule to the assassination of a Chief Minister, and now… what price is Punjab paying?”
Following this, the teaser shows multiple people going missing one after another in Punjab. Diljit is seen playing the role of human rights activist Jaswant Singh Khalra, who is investigating the disappearance of Sukhdev Singh.
