District Employment and Business Bureau to Organize Placement Camp on July 30

Tarn Taran, July 28 – To provide employment opportunities to unemployed youth, the Punjab Government, under the directions of Deputy Commissioner Tarn Taran Mr. Rahul and the guidance of Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development) Dr. Aditya Sharma, is organizing a Placement Camp and Self-Employment Camp on July 30, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM.

The camp will be held at the District Employment and Business Bureau, Room No. 115, First Floor, DC Office Complex, Sarhali Road (Village Piddi), Tarn Taran.

Providing this information, Vikramjit, District Employment Generation, Skill Development and Training Officer, Tarn Taran, said that Ebax World Company will participate in the placement camp. The company is looking to recruit male candidates to work in Jalandhar.

Eligibility and Benefits:

  • Age: 18 to 35 years
  • Educational Qualification: Minimum 10+2 (Senior Secondary) pass
  • Salary: ₹12,000 per month + incentives
  • Candidates must possess their own motorcycle and a valid driving licence.
  • Petrol expenses will be reimbursed separately.
  • Free accommodation will be provided.

He further informed that a Self-Employment Camp will also be organized at the District Employment Office. The camp is being conducted with the support of the General Manager, District Industries Centre, Tarn Taran; Deputy Director, Dairy Development Department; Deputy Director, Fisheries Department; Deputy Director, Animal Husbandry Department; District Manager, SCFC, Tarn Taran; and the Lead District Manager, Tarn Taran.

During the camp, participants will receive information about various self-employment schemes, skill training programs, and loan facilities offered by different government departments.
